quick 'how to' computer assisted instruction

Last month PLoS published a paper entitled “A Quick Guide for Computer-Assisted Instruction in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics.” It seemed a bit intuitive and straightforward at first reading, but then of course I’ve been doing “Computer-Assisted Instruction in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics” for a long time. I thought I’d pass it along today for your reading if you are planning to do some training and hadn’t seen this.

Now, if they can do some metagenomics studies on the microbiome in my gut right now (dang tomatoes) and find something to change that biome to a more benign set of species, I’d be happy!
